Comprehensive Wellness Consultation
This is a two part visit that includes a 15 minute discovery call followed by a detailed health review including medical history, symptoms, and functional lab evaluation to design your personalized wellness plan.
Please note: labs are charge separately at an affordable cash-rate.
Introductory rate of $200

Follow-Up Visit
Ongoing visit to review progress, adjust therapy, and support continued improvement.
Clients are expected have lab work drawn 2 weeks before your appointment if indicated.

Labs
Lab cost will vary depending on what is discussed during discovery call. HRT patient lab prices typically range between $85-300.

We take the time to understand your full health picture, from hormones and thyroid function to lifestyle, nutrition, and stress. Using advanced testing and an individualized approach, we create a clear, step-by-step plan to restore balance, boost energy, and support long-term wellness.
*We use FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies for our medications and hormones. If medications or hormones are prescribed you will be invoiced after your visit, once paid, the medication will be discreetly shipped to your home.
Important Notice for Medicare and Medicaid Beneficiaries
Due to federal regulations, I am unable to provide cash-pay services to individuals who are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. This policy applies even if you wish to pay out of pocket for care. If you are a Medicare or Medicaid beneficiary and have questions about your options, I’m happy to help guide you toward appropriate resources or alternative providers.
